Inspector came from OSHA and failed restaurant for saftey issues. The refrigeration condensing unit was found hanging by a rope outside of a building. Original contractor gave the lowest bid and instead of going through roof as code required, the contractor went through the wall. The restuarant was sited and had to fix the hazard within 24 hours. Fortunatly CES was able to get rid of hanging condensing unit in one night and have it installed correctly within 3 days.

YES. An unlicensed HVAC Company installed an air conditioning unit upside down. CES Technician was dispatched after our client could not get a hold of the company that originaly installed it. With the air conditioning condensing unit being Installed upside Down unfortunatly it had to be replaced 2 months after installation due to major damage. Fortunatly we were able to assist in helping our client recieve a full refund from original contractor.
